Wind Farm Project “Everest” in Western Germany, is a high-value renewable energy investment with 32 turbines delivering 212 MW and offers expansion potential for an additional 306 MW. The wind farm has achieved “Ready to Build” status and is available for sale in two tranches. 

The wind farm is permitted under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and secured with all required documents including communal agreements, technical reports and contracts featuring technology from Enercon and Vestas. This share deal project offers high potential and expansion opportunities. Transactions are starting February 2025

  • Western Germany: Located in forested areas with elevated terrain at approximately 600 metres above sea level.

Equity Ownership Structure:

  • Ownership Allocation: 70% held by a seasoned project developer and 30% by a landowner. 
  • Investment Offering: Structured as a share deal, 99% of the project's equity will be allocated in two separate tranches. 

Project Development Status:

  • Regulatory Compliance: 32 turbines permitted under the Federal Emission Control Act (BImSchG).
  • Revenue Certainty: EEG tariff secured to guarantee income stability.
  • Contract Execution: EPC contracts finalised and transformers secured to de-risk construction and operational phases. 
  • Execution Timeline: Construction commencement set for March 2025, with commercial operations targeted for 2026

Transaction Roadmap:

  • Process Initiation: Transaction opening in February 2025.
  • Completion Milestone: Signing anticipated by June 2025
